PNI CT60 Wireless Programmable Thermostat

If you’re looking for a cheap, reliable programmable thermostat that while considered basic in the world of all the smart heating devices out there today, has all the features most homes would need, the PNI CT60 is certainly worth considering. Out of three of the main thermostats offered by PNI, which are the PNI CT36, PNI CT400 and the PNI CT60, it’s the CT60 that has the highest positive rating from customers. And its the cheapest of the three. And while not considered as having smart technology, the PNI CT60 does have some clever basic features.

Some of those include schedule, manual and holiday modes, 7-day programming, frost protection, good temperature accuracy, open window / open door function [temperature drops] and child protection options [keylock settings can be activated]. There can be up to 4 program changes per day to the heating system. The main unit takes 2 triple A batteries. This can be wall mounted or put on a flat surface like a table and placed in its little stand [included].

The PNI CT60 can also work with underfloor heating, but do check if your system is compatible before purchase.

Bad Points

Display screen backlight isn’t the best. But decent enough for the price.
